Coming Soon
A few things we'll deliver soon.
The next products and client systems on their way out of our workshop: two products of our own for doing business in Georgia, and a compliance platform for a client. All are in development now.

Legal Assistant for international entrepreneurs in Georgia
An AI assistant that walks foreign founders and business people through Georgian law: how to set up a company, which documents are needed and where each step happens. It then prepares the paperwork.
- React front end
- Python back end
- MongoDB and Postgres
- Frontier LLM with RAG
- Corpus: Georgian legislation, lawyers' know-how, court decisions
Setting up and running a business in Georgia means company registration, tax status, banking, licenses and employment rules, spread across several agencies and documented mostly in Georgian. The Legal Assistant answers questions in plain language, explains what applies to your situation, lists the documents you need and where to file them, and fills out and prepares the legal documents for you.
Under the hood it pairs a frontier language model with retrieval over a curated corpus: Georgian legislation, practical knowledge from lawyers, established practice and court decisions, so answers are grounded in sources rather than guessed.

Accounting Agent for companies in Georgia
The same platform, trained for accounting instead of law: it handles the day-to-day and monthly work, files with the Revenue Service and can execute payments in local banks.
- React front end
- Python back end
- MongoDB and Postgres
- Frontier LLM with RAG
- Integrations: rs.ge and Georgian banks
Routine accounting in Georgia is a monthly cycle of declarations and filings on rs.ge, the Revenue Service portal that regulates and collects taxes, plus invoices, payroll and bank reconciliation. The Accounting Agent does that work: it keeps the books current, prepares and submits the documents on rs.ge, and can create transactions in local Georgian banks on your instruction.
It is built on the same stack as the Legal Assistant, with a knowledge base of Georgian tax and accounting rules in place of the legal corpus.

Data protection compliance platform for WiseHub
A web platform for WiseHub that helps companies meet personal data protection requirements: how personal data is kept and handled, and which safeguards and procedures their employees must follow.
Every company that handles personal data has to document how it is collected, stored, accessed and deleted, put safeguards in place, train its people and keep policies and records ready for inspection. WiseHub's platform turns those obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) into guided steps: what to document, which policies and safeguards to adopt, what employees have to follow, and the records to show for it.
